Example 1
Equipment Leasing
The CC gains a client that is need of equipment for their business… This could consist of construction equipment, IT equipment, medical equipment, and just about any other equipment or software needed for your clients. The vendor that sales the equipment has given your client a proposal in the amount of $100,000… Now you go to work with numerous sources we have provided to obtain the capital needed for your client. Typical fees range from 1% up to 15%. You simply determine the fee based on transaction details, and circumstances that we train in our seminar. Lets do the math based on a 5% fee for a $100,000 lease transaction. By the way 5% (points) is very common on a transaction of this size.
$100,000 Equipment Invoice Cost
$100,000 x 5% = $5,000.00
Lets take this situation one step further:
One of the most exciting opportunities is how to create a residual income from the very same transaction. You collect the above fee upon closing the initial transaction, plus another fee in two, three, four, or five years down the road! There are several ways to generate fee income from the transaction list above. This is where you provide a consultant, finder, or origination service for a pre-determined fee from your client. In most cases you have a choice to negotiate a referral fee from the funding source regarding the same transaction. $1,000,000 x 2% = $20,000 from your client
$1,000,000 x 1% = $10,000 from your funding source

Example 3
Portfolio Liquidations
Lets say you have a client that wants to liquidate a portfolio of paper (various loan types, leases, etc.) We provide you the marketing skills to capture these transactions, and the funding sources that buy portfolios.
Your client has a portfolio of $10,000,000 that he wants to sell for various reasons… The funding sources we provide you will buy the paper based on a discount or cents on the dollar to make it simple. Lets say on this transaction that your funding source is willing to pay 80 cents on the dollar for the portfolio. The funding source reserves a very nice fee of 2 cents on the dollar for you on the transaction. You have raised $7,800,000 for your client and $200,000 for your origination introduction fee.
